1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of MARWI B.V. Wholesale (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.

2. Business Customers Only

2.1 MARWI B.V. Wholesale operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier.

2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business and not as a private consumer.

2.3 Consumer protection laws do not apply to B2B transactions.

 

3. Products & Condition

3.1 We specialize in military surplus, army dump items, and wholesale goods. These products may be:NewUsedRefurbishedSurplus stockVintage or decommissioned items

3.2 Product descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided for general guidance.

3.3 Surplus items may show signs of wear, age, or variation in color, size, or condition.

3.4 You acknowledge that such variations are inherent to surplus goods and do not constitute defects.

 

4. Stock Availability

4.1 We strive to keep our stock information accurate and up to date.

4.2 Due to administrative delays or high turnover, it may occur that an item appears “in stock” while it is no longer available.

4.3 If a product is unavailable after you place an order:We will notify you as soon as possible.You may choose a replacement, backorder (if possible), or a refund for the unavailable item.

4.4 We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect stock information or delayed communication.

 

5. Prices & Payment

 

5.1 All prices are listed in euros (€) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Prices may change without prior notice.

5.3 Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.4 In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries and charge administrative or collection fees.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 

6.1 We pack and ship all orders with the highest possible care.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.3 Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our responsibility.

6.4 Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

6.5 Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery and to us within 48 hours.

 

7. Returns & Complaints

7.1 Returns are only accepted after written approval from us.

7.2 Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged.

7.3 Surplus items with natural variations or signs of use are not eligible for return unless agreed otherwise.

7.4 Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

8. Warranty

 

8.1 Surplus and used items are sold without warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2 New items may carry a manufacturer’s warranty if applicable.

8.3 We are not responsible for improper use, modification, or storage of products.

 

9. Liability

 

9.1 Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product concerned.

9.3 You are responsible for ensuring that purchased items comply with local laws and regulations in your country.

 

10. Force Majeure

 

10.1 We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:natural disasters, war, strikes, transport issues, supply shortages, or government restrictions.

11.1 All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright.

11.2 You may not reproduce or use this content without written permission.

 

12. Governing Law

12.1 All agreements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

12.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
